Hello, please get your medication checked before buying, and varify the dosage with your treating physician. For time being till you consult with your doctor, my recommendation is to take 1 puff twice a day of fomtide 400 mcg, as earlier you were giving 2 puffs twice daily of fomtide 200 mcg.

Its better to use 200 2 puffs, as the dose of formoterol does not change in the 400 containing inhaler.
